RIDIN' RYDEN
16" x 12"
Acrylic + Ink
2011
Note: Created for Copro Gallery's "Genesis to Revelation" Show.
I can't tell you why I thought this would be an appropriate painting for a show entitled "Genesis to Revelation", but I just wanted to take the opportunity to create a tribute painting to one of my favorite artists, Mark Ryden. The painting features many Ryden-ism's such as a bunny, a bee, a girl with bloody tears, Abraham Lincoln, and a steak.
